Afentra plc (“Afentra” or the “Company”) (AIM: AET), an upstream oil and gas company focused on acquiring production and development assets in Africa announces, further to the announcement made on 25 June 2026 and as required pursuant to DTR 5.6.1R, the total issued share capital of the Company is 273,456,304 Ordinary Shares. The Company has no Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 273,456,304. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
