In order to ensure that Afentra operates in an environmentally and socially responsible manner, maintains a safe and secure working environment for our people and respects the dignity of our people and the members of all the communities we work with, Afentra has developed a set of policies and commitments in these areas to ensure that we fully meet, and, where possible, exceed our obligations, in line with our strategic objectives. These policies and commitments are periodically reviewed.
Considering our range of stakeholders, we shall ensure that we maintain a range of policies relevant to out business ad stakeholders that apply current best practice and these include policies and a code of conduct covering the Environment, Safety & Health, Modern Slavery, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Whistle-blowing. The Board shall review these policies and the code of conduct regularly to ensure they continue to be fit for purpose and evolve as Afentra’s business develops (including our progress towards operatorship of assets).
